Question 1

How do I use a shoe size chart?

Accepted Answer

Pick men, women, or kids, find your current label (US, UK, or EU) or foot length in cm, then read across the row. Brand charts can differ by half a size—start with Generic / Standard or the converter, then confirm the brand.

Question 2

What is EU 40 in US shoe size?

Accepted Answer

On our generic adult men chart, EU 40 is about US 8 / UK 7 (≈25.5 cm). Women's US is usually about 1.5 sizes higher for the same foot—use the men–women conversion guide if you cross genders.

Question 3

What is EU 39 in US shoe size?

Accepted Answer

On the generic men chart, EU 39 is about US 7 / UK 6 (≈24.5 cm). Always re-check the brand chart you are buying.

Question 5

Where is the kids shoe size chart?

Accepted Answer

Open the kids shoe size converter or the kids size chart hub on this site. Measure foot length in cm—do not rely on age alone. Baby and toddler C sizes have a dedicated chart.

Question 6

How do I measure shoe size at home?

Accepted Answer

Trace both feet, measure heel-to-toe length (and width if needed), use the longer foot, then match cm on a chart or the converter. See how to measure shoe size for the full steps.
